Apple Inc. announced on Tuesday its readiness to hold a new conference to launch several new devices on October 30. The anticipated event, according to Apple's channel on YouTube, will be titled "Scary Fast," where it is expected to unveil a new generation of its personal computer processors, Apple M3, along with several models of "MacBook" that will operate on the new chip.
The event page on Apple's website showed that the logo transforms into a file browsing icon on Mac Finder, confirming the launch of new personal computers within the "Mac" family. Expectations suggest the possible release of an updated version of the 34-inch iMac, alongside a new "MacBook Pro." This coincides with a recent report from Bloomberg, which states that Apple’s stock of 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro computers and iMacs is nearing depletion, indicating the company is preparing to receive new releases in its warehouses as soon as they are announced at the end of the month.
This will be the second event where Apple presents new updates for Mac computers, following the introduction of MacBook Pro models with the new M2 Pro and M2 Max processors in early January, along with new versions of the Mac Mini desktop. The new computers could provide Apple with an opportunity to improve the status of its computer sector, which the company has acknowledged is facing significant sales declines during the second quarter of this year. CEO Tim Cook confirmed that forecasts indicate the decline is expected to continue until the end of the year due to weak demand.
