Starbucks and Shaya Starbucks: Committed to Providing Aid in Gaza

Starbucks and Shaya Starbucks have donated $3 million to the charity organization World Central Kitchen during March to provide emergency food assistance, equivalent to one million meals for those affected in Gaza. Duncan Moir, President of Starbucks Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, stated, "We are deeply saddened by the individuals at risk of hunger and all those affected by the situation in Gaza. Starbucks has always been more than just a coffee company; we affirm our commitment to positively contribute and support others who do the same. In response to the urgent need for humanitarian aid in Gaza, we are donating to help provide food for those suffering."

Starbucks and Shaya Starbucks support the efforts of World Central Kitchen, a non-profit organization specialized in providing food assistance to communities affected by crises. World Central Kitchen has been a key partner of Starbucks in delivering disaster relief and humanitarian aid since 2019. With the support of Starbucks, the organization has led dozens of relief operations, providing food assistance to affected communities worldwide, including in Lebanon and Morocco.
