Minister of Public Works and Transport in the caretaker government, Ali Hamiye, confirmed in a statement via the platform "X" that "the snow removal centers affiliated with the Ministry of Public Works and Transport continue their work day and night, opening mountain roads between Lebanese towns and regions, in addition to assisting those stranded in the snow."
In this context, the "Traffic Control Room" affiliated with the Internal Security Forces reported that the "Dahr al-Baydar road is passable for four-wheel drive vehicles due to the formation of a layer of ice."
