The killing of physics professor Mohamed Ali Nasser Fran has shocked his loved ones. An image circulated on social media showing a message he posted via WhatsApp: "The morning tells me that my worries, no matter how long they linger, will eventually pass, and after hardship comes ease. Surely, what is written and decreed by God's judgment will come."
