Statement from the Ministry of Communications

The Ministry of Communications announced that "in the context of implementing Decree 9458/2022, it had referred a preliminary list of several network providers offering internet services without a license and/or in violation of the law, who have not submitted declarations to the Ministry of Communications or whose names are not included in reports (ver 4.0), to the Public Prosecution Office for necessary action. The Ministry also calls upon network providers offering internet services without a license and/or in violation of the law to approach the General Directorate of Investment and Maintenance at the Ministry of Communications to declare their networks to avoid legal prosecution according to the applicable procedures."
