Supporters of Palestinians Gather in London Demanding a Ceasefire

More than a hundred supporters of Palestinians gathered at Liverpool Street Station in London today, Tuesday, displaying banners on the balconies and occupying the main square, demanding a ceasefire in the conflict between Israel and Hamas. Video clips shared by the protest group online showed a large number of protesters inside the station during peak hours, chanting and waving Palestinian flags and banners. One of the video clips captured the group chanting, "From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free," a slogan that has previously been criticized by Home Secretary Suella Braverman as an antisemitic demand for the destruction of Israel. The protest group describes itself as a feminist organization against domestic violence, but it organized a similar pro-Palestinian protest at Waterloo Station on Saturday.
