The Iranian embassy in Lebanon announced in a statement: "The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Lebanon will open a condolence register in honor of the souls of the martyrs of the painful tragedy that claimed the lives of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ayatollah Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi, the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, the representative of His Eminence Imam Khamenei in East Azerbaijan, Ayatollah Seyyed Mohammad Ali Al-Hashem, and the accompanying delegation. This will take place at the embassy premises on Wednesday and Thursday (May 22 and 23, 2024) from 4 PM to 7 PM."
