The Lebanese Automobile and Touring Club (ATCL), represented by its president, lawyer Eli Asaf, and board member and motorsport committee coordinator Imad Lahoud, participated in the General Assembly of the International Automobile Federation (FIA) held in Baku (Azerbaijan). On the sidelines of the assembly, Asaf and Lahoud met with FIA president Mohammed Ben Sulayem and discussed the bilateral relations between the international federation and the club. During the meeting, Asaf presented a commemorative gift representing the titles won by Ben Sulayem as a driver (who won the Lebanon Rally three times in 1991, 1998, and 1999) in the rallies he participated in on Lebanese territory, organized by the Lebanese Automobile and Touring Club, the FIA representative in Lebanon.
