Israeli Army Intensifies Strikes on Southern Lebanon

The Israeli warplanes launched an airstrike on Friday afternoon, targeting the area around Tal Ali al-Taher, opposite the town of Kfar Tobnine, dropping two air-to-ground missiles that created a loud explosion heard throughout the Nabatieh area and caused thick clouds of smoke to rise.

The Israeli air force also executed an air raid on the town of Maroun al-Ras in the Bent Jbeil district, releasing two air-to-ground missiles, which resulted in the emission of thick smoke.

According to Al-Manar's correspondent, "the hostile warplanes conducted an aerial attack with missiles targeting the town of Maroun al-Ras."

Israeli artillery fire targeted the outskirts of Dhahirah, Al-Jabeen, and Yaroun. An Israeli drone carried out an attack on an uninhabited house in the "Sakrah" neighborhood at the northern entrance of the town of Yahr Bani Fatih, launching two missiles that pierced the roof and caused significant damage.

Immediately, teams from the Red Cross, Civil Defense, Islamic Health Authority, and the Islamic Scout Movement moved to the site of the strike, with no reports of injuries in the area.

The Islamic Resistance announced that it targeted a Merkava tank at the al-Baghadi site, resulting in damage and destruction, and also targeted espionage equipment at the al-Ramta site in the Shebaa Farms with appropriate weapons, achieving direct hits. Additionally, it reported targeting espionage equipment around the al-Malkiya site.

Moreover, a statement from the Islamic Resistance indicated that the Zabdain site in the Shebaa Farms was targeted with missile fire, resulting in direct hits.
