Extinguishing Car Fire and Evacuating Residents in Koura

The Lebanese General Directorate of Civil Defense reported that "Civil Defense personnel extinguished a fire that broke out inside a car parked on the first basement level of a residential building in Haref Al-Khassah - Koura." It added that "simultaneously, the personnel worked to evacuate the building’s occupants due to the thick smoke resulting from the fire, and the damage was limited to material losses." The report also stated that "the personnel extinguished a fire that broke out in grass and shrubs in Farzal - Bekaa, as well as two other fires in grass in Bzal - Akkar, and in Hamais - Zgharta."
