On Saturday, "Hezbollah" militants targeted Israeli positions with guided missiles and artillery in the Kfarshouba hills and Shebaa Farms in southern Lebanon. The party's artillery targeted the Israeli radar and Rouaisat Al-Alam sites with rocket and artillery shells, as well as the Zabdine and Samaka sites and the surrounding areas.

Hezbollah's military media announced that "the Islamic Resistance attacked again this afternoon on 14/10/2023 a monitoring and observation center affiliated with the Israeli forces in Baraket Al-Naqar in the Lebanese Shebaa Farms, scoring a hit on the center and destroying a significant part of its technical equipment."

Additionally, the "Islamic Resistance" declared in a statement this afternoon: "We executed attacks on occupation sites with guided missiles and mortars, achieving accurate and direct hits."

The Israeli rocket bombardment on the town of Shebaa resulted in damage to four houses, with losses limited to material damages. Hezbollah mourned in a statement the death of Ali Youssef Alaa Al-Din, who was killed at the southern Lebanese borders. Also reported were the deaths of a couple from the Karam Nasser neighborhood in Shebaa due to Israeli shelling that hit their home.

Meanwhile, the Israeli army announced it had targeted a site in Lebanon, stating that fire had been directed from there earlier today at the occupied Shebaa Farms. In a statement, it said: "Several shells were observed being fired from Lebanese territory towards the Mount Dov area (occupied Shebaa Farms)." It added: "The Israeli army is now attacking the source of the fire."

The newspaper "Haaretz" reported that one Israeli was seriously injured and two others were moderately injured due to mortar fire launched by "Hezbollah" from Lebanon at the Shebaa Farms. The Israeli army's radio reported a request for residents of several settlements near the Lebanese border to enter shelters immediately until further notice.
