The Lebanese Skiing and Biathlon Federation organized all races of the Lebanese Alpine Skiing Championship for men, women, and juniors for the 2023-2024 season at the "Mzar Ski Resort" in Kfardebian and in the Cedars. The races took place with the participation of Lebanese athletes representing the federation clubs. After the completion of the races in slalom and giant slalom, the final standings for the 2023-2024 season are as follows:
**Men:**
- 1st place: Etienne Najjar - 460 points (Down Hills Bsharri Club)
- 2nd place: Riad Touq - 360 points (Mount Cedars Club)
- 3rd place: Alexander Hayek - 290 points (Mzar Sports Club)
**Juniors:**
- 1st place: Jason Khalil - 410 points (Youth Faqra Club)
- 2nd place: Alexander Hayek - 365 points (Mzar Sports Club)
- 3rd place: Kenan Zidane - 355 points (Faqra Sporting Club)
**Women:**
- 1st place: Kiana Saqal - 420 points (Faqra Mzar Club)
- 2nd place: Sophie Klass - 400 points (Mount Sports Kfardebian Club)
- 3rd place: Manon Chahd - 300 points (Faqra Club)
**Junior Girls:**
- 1st place: Kiana Saqal - 480 points (Faqra Mzar Club)
- 2nd place: Sophie Klass - 460 points (Mount Sports Kfardebian Club)
- 3rd place: Manon Chahd - 310 points (Faqra Club)
An international representative and the technical committee of the federation oversaw the races. At the end of the races, the president and members of the federation, along with ski resort managers and club heads, distributed medals to the winners.
