Baghdad: 14 Suspects Arrested and 3 Required Vehicles Seized

The Baghdad Police Command announced the arrest of 14 suspects and the seizure of 3 required vehicles in Baghdad. The command stated in a statement: "Under the supervision and follow-up of the Commander of Baghdad Al-Rusafa Police, Major General Shalaan Ali Saleh Al-Hussanawi, the police patrols of Al-Nahrawan Police Station/ Al-Ma'amal Police Center conducted a joint search operation with other security agencies in the Al-Ma'amal area." It added that "the operation resulted in the seizure of several unlicensed firearms, in addition to the seizure of 3 required vehicles and the arrest of 14 suspects on various legal charges," noting that "the mentioned cases have been handed over to the competent authorities in accordance with legal procedures."
