Title: Lebanese Judiciary Takes Action Against Child Abuse in

The single penal judge in Baabda, overseeing juvenile delinquency cases in Mount Lebanon, has decided to immediately and permanently shut down the "Village of Love and Peace" association, sealing it with red wax regarding the blatant violations against minors within the organization. The current decision has been referred to the public prosecutor in Mount Lebanon, Judge Samer Leysha, to be executed by the Central Investigation Directorate according to the content of his instruction.

Attorney Diane Asaf revealed a new scandal and crime against childhood, indicating that the juvenile judge in Mount Lebanon has been conducting investigations concerning the "Village of Love and Peace," which accommodates children at risk in their surroundings to protect them under judicial orders.

She pointed out that the investigations have shown that the association's director is committing heinous crimes against children. She is colluding with one of the workers at the association who is harassing two girls and encouraging them to use drugs. Additionally, the director takes the minors to nightclubs to drink alcohol, exploits them for household cleaning, and emotionally abuses them. She is accused of human trafficking, having forged documents for a child in the association with the help of a local mayor and a hospital, and consequently sold the child.

Attorney Asaf continued in a video on her Instagram account: "Thanks to the efforts of Mount Lebanon's public prosecutor Samer Leysha and juvenile judge Joel Abu Haidar, it was decided to arrest the association's director and those involved in trafficking, as well as permanently close the association. As for the individual harassing the children, the case is currently under review by another judicial authority in the prosecutor's office."
