Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi condemned the U.S. aggression against the Yemeni people, considering such actions to reveal America's true, aggressive nature and its opposition to human rights. In a phone call received on Sunday evening from the President of Yemen's Supreme Political Council, Mahdi al-Mashat, Raisi praised "the courage of the great people of this country in supporting the oppressed Palestinian people," and emphasized the policy of maintaining the security of international maritime routes for various nations.
Raisi also deemed the occupying Zionist entity as committing genocide due to its crimes against tens of thousands of Palestinian civilians, including women and children, stating that it has been condemned by the world's nations. He condemned U.S. actions against the Yemeni people, asserting that such measures reveal America's true, aggressive nature and its opposition to human rights. He noted that undoubtedly, these actions against a people that has resisted foreign aggression for years, and that plays an active role in defending the oppressed Palestinian people today, will be denounced by the free peoples of the world.
The Iranian president regarded support for the oppressed Palestinian people as a principled stance of the Islamic Republic of Iran. For his part, the President of Yemen's Supreme Political Council, Mahdi al-Mashat, stated: "We are steadfast in our positions against the oppressive Zionist entity and in support of the oppressed people of Gaza," expressing hope that the Islamic nation would mobilize its resources to highlight the ongoing developments and the inhumane crimes committed by the Zionists and their protectors.
