Asad Condoles Nasrallah: Um Hassan Gave Birth to a Man Respected and Believed by Enemies Before Friends

Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad sent a condolence message to Hezbollah Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, stating: "We received with sadness and sorrow the news of the death of your departed mother, the virtuous lady Um Hassan, may God have mercy on her." He added: "The late Um Hassan gave birth to and raised a sincere man who is respected and believed by enemies before friends, who worked for the establishment of the foundations of truth and justice and to lift oppression from the oppressed." Al-Assad noted that "the late Um Hassan gave birth to and raised a man who walked the path of resistance until he became an exceptional leader and a shining symbol of it." He said: "Women are known by whom they give birth to, and the mothers of free resistors have raised steadfast men who fight for the truth."
