Video: Attack on the

Unknown individuals attacked the headquarters of the Syrian Social Nationalist Party in the Jdita area, attempting to burn it and breaking some of the building's glass facades, which is located on the main road. Security forces, particularly the intelligence department, arrived and began investigations. The Governor of Baalbek-Hermel, Judge Kamal Abu Joudeh, is following up on the incident with the public prosecutor in Baalbek, Judge Munif Barakat, and the heads of security agencies in the region. He stated that investigations are being conducted swiftly and effectively to identify the perpetrators and maintain public safety and order in the area. Governor Abu Joudeh reported the incident to Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Bassam Mawlawi, who is also closely monitoring the developments.

In a statement, the Syrian Social Nationalist Party indicated that it seems some in Lebanon, who thrive on bloodshed and discord, have exploited a condemned theft and murder incident and decided to stab the resistance in the back and use the ongoing war in the south to create unrest internally for the benefit of their masters. The Syrian Social Nationalist Party emphasizes clearly that any attempt to attack its centers will never pass, and it will not be an easy target for anyone who thinks of jeopardizing security.

The party renewed its faith in the work of security and judicial agencies, which have uncovered the crime and accurately revealed its aspects, fully aware that the officers and personnel have sufficient competence, courage, and wisdom to prevent the implementation of internal conflict projects. The party affirmed that "keeping the perpetrators anonymous is the trait of the weak, while the strong call things by their names. For the Syrian Social Nationalist Party, the fifth column in Lebanon is called 'the Lebanese Forces,' which executes dangerous agendas that threaten the country's security and clearly serve the Israeli enemy."

The Lebanese Forces, for their part, announced through a statement by the Zahle district coordination that they condemn the armed attack on the headquarters of the Syrian Social Nationalist Party in Jdita and the attempt to link this act to the Lebanese Forces by hanging their flag at the center's door. They stated that "confronting the fluctuating discord among Lebanese regions has become a duty for all of us," emphasizing that "it is not our style in political work to adopt the language of arms; in fact, we are among the strongest opponents of this language and its victims, the latest being the martyr Pascal Suleiman."

They added: "We renew our commitment to coexistence in Jdita, as well as in all villages of the Zahle district, and we call on the security forces to address the issue, arrest the perpetrators, and bring them before the competent judiciary to impose the toughest penalties on them."
