The news platform "R.B.S" quoted Deputy Shamsail Saraliev as saying that "Ukraine handed over the bodies of 45 soldiers to Russia as part of the exchange deal." Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky commented that "75 Ukrainian prisoners of war returned home today, Friday, from Russia as part of the exchange process." Zelensky added that "the exchange process, which also saw 75 Russian prisoners of war return to their country, included four Ukrainian civilians, while the rest belonged to the armed forces, national guard, and border guard."
