Qatar's Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, stated that "regional and international challenges necessitate our efforts to mitigate their impacts," emphasizing that "there must be pressure to achieve a ceasefire in Gaza as it is the nucleus of tension and risks in the Red Sea." He clarified that "Qatar has been working with its partners since October to resolve the crisis to prevent the opening of other fronts." He viewed that "the Israeli aggression on Gaza is a turning point in the history of the Middle East and the world." He stressed that "we are still witnessing the international community's inability to stop this barbaric war in Gaza." In this context, he confirmed that "addressing regional challenges requires intensifying efforts to achieve a ceasefire in Gaza."
