- Establishing a unified digital platform in the tourism sector in Russia.
- Adopting the "Five Seas and Lake Baikal" project and including it in the "national tourism project" by early November.
- Submitting proposals by early August to improve transport infrastructure to enhance tourism in the Russian Crimea.
