Hamas leader Osama Hamdan stated in a press conference regarding the ongoing battles in Gaza today, Monday, that "the occupation continues its Nazi war against the Palestinian people for more than 70 years, committing massacres in Jabalia and Jabalia Al-Balad, where approximately 110 martyrs, including children, have fallen." Hamdan accounted for around 19,000 martyrs since the onset of the aggression. He continued, "The sands of Gaza will swallow the occupation forces just as they have swallowed those who came before them. The occupation has destroyed all hospitals in the Gaza Strip over 73 days, rendering them inoperable, and continued to bombard and arrest its medical staff because it wants to turn Gaza into an unlivable place to facilitate the displacement of its people, but we tell him and those who support him that you will fail." He mentioned, "We are monitoring the reverse migration of the occupation from Eilat to Aqaba and through its airports." Regarding the tunnel, he said, "The occupation released images of the discovery of a Qassam tunnel which came late, as the mission we intended was successfully carried out through it." He called on the United Nations and its Secretary-General to "assume responsibility and exert pressure to stop the aggression and war crimes being committed against our people." He added, "We affirm that there will be no negotiations on a prisoner deal until the aggression against our people stops, and we are open to Qatari and Egyptian initiatives regarding the exchange of detainees."
