Title: Al-Mon La Salle - Champions Elite Secures First Place in Beirut Open Taekwondo Championship

Al-Mon La Salle - Champions Elite club succeeded in securing third place in the men's overall final ranking of the fifth annual Beirut Open Taekwondo tournament, organized by the Lebanese Taekwondo Federation at the Nohad Nawfal Complex (Zouk Mikail) under the patronage of Lebanese Army Commander General Joseph Aoun, with participation from dozens of countries and clubs from around the world.

In detail, Al-Mon La Salle - Champions Elite ranked third, behind the first place Lebanese national team and the second place Iraqi team. Thus, the Lebanese club stands at the top of the ranking of clubs participating in the international competition, which included many clubs, noting that the Beirut Open tournament invites participation from both national teams and clubs.

The players from the Lebanese club prominently excelled, earning 680 points (4 gold, 2 silver, and 5 bronze) in the men's category, outperforming other clubs, which reflects excellent physical and technical preparation by Grand Master Ralph Harb and Iranian coach Farzad Abdollahi (former world champion), along with a team of qualified coaches.

Al-Mon La Salle continues to earn medals in local and international championships and has consecutively held the title of Lebanon Champion for several decades. In this context, the president of Al-Mon La Salle club, Jihad Salameh, congratulated the coaching staff and players on the achievement of the club finishing first among the clubs participating in the Beirut Open tournament. He also congratulated the Lebanese Taekwondo Federation, led by Dr. Habib Zreefa, for successfully organizing the Asian Championship for juniors and the Beirut Open, as well as for the results achieved at the Lebanese level, which showcases the high standard of Taekwondo in Lebanon.
