Minister of Economy Meets Omani Delegation at the Economic Forum in Doha

The Minister of Economy and Trade in the caretaker government, Amin Salam, met with the Omani delegation participating in the third session of the Forum on Economy and Cooperation between Arab States and Central Asian countries and Azerbaijan, hosted by Qatar on April 30 in Doha. The delegation included Sheikh Khalifa bin Ali Al-Harithi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, Dr. Saleh bin Said Masan, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion for Trade and Industry, Ambassador Abdullah bin Nasser Al-Rahbi, Ambassador of Oman to the Arab Republic of Egypt, and Mr. Ammar bin Abdullah Al-Bousaidi, Oman’s Ambassador to Qatar. This meeting was an opportunity for consultation and for building constructive cooperation bridges between the two countries, especially regarding Oman’s role, which has always been effective in reaching initiatives to solve persistent problems and in finding solutions among neighboring and regional countries.
