UK: Rafah Crossing Likely to Open for Foreign Nationals

British Foreign Secretary James Cleverly stated in a post on X that the Rafah border crossing between Egypt and Gaza is expected to open today, Wednesday. He wrote, "The Rafah crossing is likely to open today for the first group of foreign nationals." He added, "British teams are preparing to assist British citizens as soon as they are able to leave. It is crucial that life-saving humanitarian aid can enter Gaza as soon as possible."
