Israel Prepares for Iranian Attack: Urgent Instructions from Netanyahu

The office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has instructed all general directors of government ministries to prepare for a possible Iranian attack on Israel tonight. In a briefing for the general directors of government ministries today, Friday, the Prime Minister's Office stated, "The threat of an attack is real... prepare for all possibilities."

Yossi Shelley, the director general of the Prime Minister's Office, informed all general directors of government ministries about the potential for an Iranian attack and the need to prepare for various civil scenarios. He said, "The message being conveyed in the conversation is that there is no certainty of an attack, but the threats are present and real... we must prepare for all possibilities."

Instructions have been issued to executives to remain vigilant, available, and to monitor media outlets.

Intensive meetings have also been held by several Israeli ministers and officials in anticipation of an imminent Iranian attack, believed to possibly occur within "a few hours." Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir held a meeting with police, civil defense, and emergency service leaders to ensure their readiness for the anticipated Iranian strike.

Additionally, Transportation Minister Miri Regev held meetings with directors of public companies associated with the ministry, including airport management, railway management, and others, to ensure full preparedness. Channel 12 reported that the home front is asking hospital directors to prepare and ensure personnel availability in anticipation of a possible Iranian response.
