The United States has pledged to provide long-term support to Ukraine through a ten-year security agreement to be signed by Presidents Joe Biden and Volodymyr Zelensky. An accompanying statement from the U.S. regarding the security agreement, shortly before the signing ceremony at the G7 summit in southern Italy, stated: "Today, the United States sends a strong signal of our unwavering support for Ukraine now and in the future."
