Israeli media reported that the Air Force is conducting strikes deep in Lebanon under the directives of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. After a long day of confrontations along southern Lebanon's border, an Israeli airstrike targeted the area west of Baalbek, specifically the outskirts of the Taaraya region, on Saturday evening.
Reports mentioned two airstrikes on the Qleiaat farm in the Beit Mshik villages at the foothills of Lebanon's western mountain range in the central Bekaa. According to media sources, these Israeli raids aimed at training centers for Hezbollah and storage facilities for its missile stockpiles in the central Bekaa. Airstrikes were also reported in the town of Shamsar in the central Bekaa, with more strikes occurring shortly after in the same area.
In the south, the Israeli army continued its attacks on southern towns, registering multiple air raids across large areas of the south. An airstrike hit the area between Deir Qanoun Ras Ain and Barashit, north of Bint Jbeil, in addition to successive strikes on the Salahani hill west of Ramya.
Israeli warplanes launched attacks on the town of Hanawiya in the Tyre district, with reports of civilian casualties resulting from the strike targeting the town.
