Egyptian Woman Trades Her Son's Organs Online

Similar to the crime involving "Little Shubra," which shocked Egyptian public opinion, a similar incident occurred in the city of Port Said, Egypt, but divine intervention saved the child this time, according to Egyptian media. The security forces in Port Said arrested a woman named "H. Th. D" while she was planning to sedate her young child to extract his organs and sell them to an organ trafficking mafia.

Investigations in "Case No. 3593 of 2024, Zahour Misdemeanors" revealed that the woman is divorced and has two children, "Mohamed" (8 years old) and his sister (10 years old). She had been in contact with someone through a social media platform who buys organs and asked her to film her child while he was completely naked and send videos and pictures of him.

Investigations disclosed that this person convinced the mother to give her child medication to sedate him, which she indeed did. Following this, the child suffered from severe fatigue, necessitating his transfer to the hospital. The medical team found that the child had received an overdose of the sedative, prompting them to notify the authorities.

The woman confessed during the investigations that she had been communicating with people online who requested her to photograph her child naked and give him anesthetic drugs for his transfer and organ extraction. She also admitted that she intended to sell her child's organs to the person she contacted online.

Recently, Egypt witnessed a shocking incident in the Shubra area of Qalyubia Governorate, where a small child was found cut in half, with his internal organs removed and placed in a bag next to the body. Investigations revealed that the aim of the crime was organ trafficking.
