Today, Saturday, Palestinian television reported that at least 80 people have been killed and dozens injured in an Israeli military raid on the Al-Nuseirat camp and various areas in central Gaza Strip, during a targeted operation to free 4 Israeli hostages. Rescue teams recovered dozens of deceased individuals, including children, from the streets and the central market area, which was struck by shells, while hospital wards became overcrowded with critically injured patients.
The Israeli army announced the successful rescue of four living hostages in the Al-Nuseirat camp in central Gaza, in a coordinated operation involving several Israeli security agencies. The army stated that the hostages were "rescued by Israeli army forces, the Shin Bet, and Yamam forces from two separate locations in the heart of Al-Nuseirat."
The situation in the Al-Nuseirat camp is extremely difficult, unprecedented, and sudden as thousands of displaced individuals have settled in this camp!
