Largest Military Display in Decades at King Charles' Coronation

Approximately 5,000 members of the British Armed Forces will participate in the coronation of King Charles next month, joined by soldiers from over 30 Commonwealth countries, forming one of the largest military displays in decades. During the ceremony, gunfire salutes will be heard across the country to celebrate the moment of the King's coronation, before more than 60 aircraft from the Air Force fly over the celebratory events. Buckingham Palace stated that King Charles has engaged in the details of the musical program, with film composer Patrick Doyle writing the coronation march and Andrew Lloyd Webber composing the coronation anthem. The palace has gradually revealed details of the coronation, which is set to have some differences compared to that of Queen Elizabeth in 1953.
