A Palestinian young man named Ahmad Muhammad Abdul Hafiz Suleiman, aged 22, was killed, and three others were injured in the town of Beit Awwr al-Tahta, west of Ramallah, after the Israeli army opened fire on their vehicle. The Israeli army had raided several Palestinian cities and towns, most notably Jericho and Nablus, leading to violent clashes between its forces and Palestinian youths. The Israeli army also raided the town of al-Dhahiriya south of Hebron and the Al-Aqsa neighborhood in the Shweika suburb north of Tulkarm in the West Bank.
