Washington Imposes Visa Restrictions on Former Israeli Sergeant

The U.S. Department of State announced on Wednesday that it has "imposed visa restrictions on a former sergeant in the Israeli army for his involvement in severe human rights violations in the West Bank, including extrajudicial killings."
