Bayer Leverkusen officially announced today, Wednesday, that they have signed Barcelona player Andrea Natale until the summer of 2027. In a statement on their official website, they said: "Bayer Leverkusen has signed 16-year-old Italian defender Andrea Natale from Barcelona until the summer of 2027." Simon Rolfes, the sporting director of Leverkusen, mentioned in statements to the club's website: "Andrea Natale was a very interesting and highly sought-after player this summer as he was the U17 European Champion with Italy." He added: "We are therefore very happy that he chose Bayer Leverkusen." He concluded: "In the long term, he has all the fundamental requirements to become an important factor in our work in the future."
