Zainab Matouk Laid to Rest in Sair al-Gharbiyyeh

The town of Sair al-Gharbiyyeh in the Nabatiyeh district bid farewell to the young woman Zainab Abdo Matouk (33 years old), who was tragically killed in a horrific crime committed yesterday by a colleague at the "The New Versailles" hotel where she worked in the Rouche area of Beirut. Her body was carried from her family's home in a grand funeral amidst an atmosphere of sadness that enveloped the town, with a procession that traversed the streets until reaching the town's cemetery. Sayyid Murtadha Sharaf al-Din led the prayer over her body before she was laid to rest.
