Israeli drones launched three missiles at a house in the town of Bleda, causing it to catch fire. According to initial reports, there is at least one victim resulting from the airstrike on Beit Leif. Telegram pages circulated a photo of the victim, Mohammad Naif Hamoud, who was killed when his house was bombed. At the same time, an ambulance belonging to the Islamic Scout Association was targeted in the town square, but no injuries were reported.
Additionally, a missile strike targeted the town of Beit Leif in the evening. A military center of the Lebanese army was hit by shrapnel from Israeli shells targeting the town of Dhahiya, but there were no injuries among the soldiers. Flare bombs were recorded in the skies over the town of Maiss al-Jabal, along with artillery shelling affecting Yarin, Dhahiya, the Jurdah area, and the town of Muhaibib.
Meanwhile, Israeli radio released a photo of the damaged house that was targeted by Hezbollah with a guided missile on Wednesday night within the Metula settlement. After the Israeli side announced that a building in the Manara settlement in the Finger of Galilee was damaged, Hezbollah issued the following statement: "In support of our steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and in solidarity with their courageous and honorable resistance, and in response to the Israeli attacks on villages and civilian homes, the latest being the airstrikes on Beit Leif and Bleda, the fighters of the Islamic Resistance targeted the Manara settlement at 9:15 PM on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, with appropriate weapons, resulting in damage to one of the buildings."
