Hamas announced today, Thursday, that "we have not yet been informed by our mediating brothers of any new developments regarding negotiations aimed at a ceasefire and prisoner exchange." Hamas stated, "The occupation continues its policy of procrastination to gain time with the aim of sabotaging this round of negotiations, just as it did in previous rounds." Israeli Channel 13 reported that "we are close to reaching an agreement on the general principles of the exchange deal." It also indicated that the security cabinet will convene tomorrow, and additional Israeli delegations will visit Qatar and Egypt.
