Sullivan: We See Potential for an Agreement on Gaza

White House advisor Jake Sullivan announced on Thursday that there is a possibility of reaching an agreement regarding Gaza, but there are details that need to be finalized. Sullivan stated, "The indicators are more positive today than in the past few weeks... I believe the remaining issues are solvable." The White House advisor revealed that U.S. President Joe Biden will speak about ceasefire talks later. Negotiations this week moved from Cairo to Doha before returning to the Egyptian capital again. Israeli, American, Egyptian, and Qatari officials are participating in these negotiations to discuss a proposal for a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas in Gaza, as well as talks concerning security arrangements on the border between Gaza and Egypt.
