The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants in the caretaker government, Abdullah Bou Habib, continued his meetings on the sidelines of the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York. He met with the Secretary-General of the Union for the Mediterranean, Nasser Kamel, who invited him to participate in the upcoming ministerial meeting of the Union scheduled to be held in November in Barcelona, discussing the agenda and topics to be addressed. Bou Habib also participated in the Arab ministerial meeting where common Arab issues, especially the situation in occupied Palestine, were discussed. Additionally, he accepted the invitation of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz to attend a reception held in honor of high-ranking officials participating in the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Germany's membership in the United Nations.
