Director of the Port of Beirut: Commitment to Preserving National Stability

The Chairman of the Board and General Manager of the Port of Beirut, Omar Ayatani, expressed his condolences to the leadership of the Lebanese Army and to the family of the soldier Abdul Salam Muhammad Sharaf, who was martyred on June 13, 2024, after being shot twice by treachery while fulfilling his national duty in securing the port's surroundings. He emphasized that "this institution, despite the difficult circumstances our country faces, continues to make sacrifices in defense of the nation's security and stability." He stated, "All respect goes to the Lebanese Army and security forces, and what is happening underscores the need to adhere to everything that preserves national stability."
