ADNOC and the Emirati Human Capital Competitiveness Council "Nafes" have signed a memorandum of understanding to provide 13,500 new job opportunities for national talent in private sector companies operating within ADNOC's supply chain by 2028. This supports the UAE's goal of creating 100,000 new job opportunities for citizens in the private sector over the next three years. The memorandum specifically targets high-skilled Emirati talents in advanced sectors, including artificial intelligence, engineering, and manufacturing.
According to the agreement, job and training opportunities will be allocated to qualified citizens in the Al Dhafra region this year, and ADNOC will provide 1,000 vocational training opportunities for Emirati university graduates in companies within its supply chain through the "Khibra" program associated with "Nafes."
This collaboration builds on the achievements of ADNOC's national content program, which has successfully created 11,500 jobs for qualified citizens since its launch in 2018. The memorandum will raise the total job opportunities provided by ADNOC in private sector companies within its supply chain to 25,000 jobs by 2028. The company is focused on accelerating the development of national talent by expanding its national content enhancement program.
