Mutual Shelling at the Southern Lebanon Border and Intensive Reconnaissance Flights

The Israeli army claimed that "its soldiers eliminated a group trying to launch anti-tank missiles from Lebanese territory towards Israeli positions." It alleged that it attacked military infrastructure belonging to Hezbollah in response to rocket fire that occurred earlier today from Lebanese territory.

On Tuesday, the Israeli army targeted several towns in southern Lebanon with phosphorous bombs and artillery amidst intensive Israeli reconnaissance flights. It also bombarded the outskirts of the towns of Blida and Markaba. According to a reporter from Al-Manar, enemy artillery targeted the eastern outskirts of the town of Markaba.

The Israeli army also targeted a house in the Ras al-Dahr area - the western neighborhood in Mais al-Jabal. This is the third time the house has been subjected to enemy shelling. Additionally, Israeli drones fired four missiles at Iran Park in Maroun al-Ras. As a result, fires intensified in the "Lebouna" forests south of Naqoura due to repeated Israeli attacks with phosphorous shells and flares, as well as targeting the area where firefighting teams operate.

An artillery shell from the Israeli army fell in the eastern sector in Ain Ibl - Bint Jbeil district, on the main street near the playground, without exploding. The "Islamic Resistance" announced that "at 12:22 PM on Tuesday, after careful monitoring by the resistance fighters of the Israeli occupation forces on the border, an ambush of an Israeli force positioned on a hill in the vicinity of the Al-Aasi site was discovered. The martyr, the self-sacrificing Hussein Mansour, targeted it with guided missiles, resulting in direct hits and casualties among all its members."

Furthermore, the "Islamic Resistance" targeted "the Marj site with appropriate weapons at 2:15 PM today, achieving direct hits on its equipment."

The Israeli aircraft also conducted an airstrike early Tuesday morning on the outskirts of the town of Yater and another on the town of Salahani in the western sector of southern Lebanon, without causing human losses. The Israeli army targeted the outskirts of the town of Aita al-Shaab with three phosphorous shells at the Monks site in the central sector, and also targeted the outskirts of the town of Ramya with artillery and phosphorous shells, leading to fires.
