The attack claimed by the Houthi group, which targeted Tel Aviv today, has provoked reactions within Israel. Opposition leader Yair Lapid stated that the drone explosion serves as further proof that the government "does not know and cannot provide security for its citizens." He added, "Those who lose deterrence in the north and south will also lose it in the heart of Tel Aviv."
Avigdor Lieberman, leader of the Yisrael Beiteinu party, remarked, "Those who do not prevent rockets from being fired at Kiryat Shmona and Eilat should not be surprised to receive them in Tel Aviv."
Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir perceived that "Israel's red line has been breached." He noted that "those who work to contain the shelling on Kiryat Shmona and Sderot receive it in Tel Aviv."
