"Fatal Error" at the Olympics Opening: What Happened? (Video)

In a video circulated on social media, the guards raised the colorful Olympic flag upside down in the Trocadéro Square near the Eiffel Tower. The emblem of the Olympic flag consists of 5 rings: 3 rings at the top (blue, black, and red) and 2 rings at the bottom (yellow and green).
