Heat Wave Expected in Italy

Meteorological experts in Italy have warned that the country will experience a heat wave starting tomorrow, Wednesday, with temperatures expected to reach forty degrees Celsius. The official meteorological agency of the Italian Air Force reported that the temperature in the islands of Sicily and Sardinia and the Apulia region in the south may exceed forty degrees Celsius in some areas by Thursday. In the capital city of Rome, temperatures are expected to reach 38 degrees Celsius on Thursday. In parts of the Campania region, where the city of Naples is located, temperatures are predicted to reach forty degrees. Expected temperatures in the Tuscany region are between 32 and 36 degrees Celsius, according to meteorological experts. Temperatures are also expected to rise in the Emilia-Romagna region along the Adriatic coast.
