The spokesperson for the Egyptian Ministry of Electricity, Ayman Hamza, announced that the last power cut occurred at 7 PM on Saturday, and there will be no load shedding until the end of summer. Ayman Hamza explained that "this achievement resulted from significant coordination and a commitment to fulfilling promises made, and by the end of this year, load shedding will be completely eliminated." He noted that continuous efforts are being made between the Ministries of Electricity and Petroleum under the oversight of the Prime Minister to achieve this goal, stating that the scheduled load shedding has concluded. He added that despite this, there may still be outages or certain areas that require maintenance, and hoped that this would not occur. He clarified that there is a hotline (121) and a page for the Holding Company for Electricity in Egypt to receive complaints, in addition to the website and the electronic platform for smart electricity services, along with the designated numbers for distribution companies.
