Gulf Air, the national carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain, announced today, Sunday, plans to establish a state-of-the-art hangar for the maintenance, repair, and renewal of aircraft at Bahrain International Airport. The company stated in a release that the hangar is expected to cover more than 20,000 square meters and will include temperature-controlled aircraft hangars equipped with the latest technologies in aviation engineering, automation, sustainability, and reducing environmental footprint, thus ensuring high efficiency and readiness in operations for Gulf Air's fleet and other operators.
