"Al-Qassam" Targets Israeli Forces Inside Tunnel

The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced that its fighters were able to detonate part of a tunnel against forces belonging to the Israeli army and targeted a "Merkava 4" tank west of Rafah city in southern Gaza Strip. The Al-Qassam Brigades stated in a statement today, Monday: "Al-Qassam fighters managed to blow up part of a tunnel with enemy engineering forces while they were pumping explosive gas inside, which caused a reverse explosion towards enemy forces in Tal al-Sultan neighborhood west of Rafah city." In a separate statement, the Al-Qassam Brigades reported that they targeted a "Merkava 4" tank with a "Yasin 105" missile and carried out a guerrilla operation using a "Shawaz" explosive device in the Al-Furqan neighborhood in Tal al-Sultan, west of Rafah.
