The Emirati President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan held a phone call today with Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, during which he congratulated him on his re-election as President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania in the recent presidential elections, wishing him success in leading his country towards further development and progress.
The Emirati President, during the call, expressed his eagerness to continue working together with the Mauritanian President in the coming period to strengthen the relations between the two countries and their brotherly peoples.
For his part, Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani thanked Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan for his congratulations and the kind brotherly feelings he expressed, wishing him good health and continued progress and prosperity for the United Arab Emirates.
