Is America Ready to Start a War in Asia to Defeat China?

Chinese media revealed today that the United States is prepared to initiate a war in the Asia-Pacific region in order to undermine China's influence and remain a dominant power in the area. The Chinese newspaper "Global Times" stated, "For the United States, turning the Asia-Pacific region into a powder keg is the absolute way to achieve victory. The U.S. claims to be the guardian of peace in the region, but in reality, it is working to divide the Asia-Pacific region, pushing conflicts throughout the area to the maximum extent." It noted that "Washington defines China as the country it wants to compete with globally and that the United States is willing to risk destroying all of Asia in order to defeat China."
