Hezbollah, in a statement, mourned its member Ibrahim Chawki Salama, known as "Alaa," born in 1984 in the town of Blida in southern Lebanon, who was killed in an Israeli airstrike around 9:15 AM on Aytroun. The Ministry of Public Health's Emergency Operations Center issued a statement announcing that the Israeli strike on Aytroun resulted in one person being killed and another injured. An Israeli drone carried out an airstrike around 11 AM, targeting an open area near the center of Aytroun.
